As of Monday, September 14th, the Hiway Theater will be using a new ticketing system. This system will provide a better user experience for patrons, with account access that will make it easier to book tickets, see the films you attended, handle refunds and swaps, and access member perks. The biggest change is that members will need to log in to access their member-priced tickets.

Obtaining Member Tickets

At the Theater
You will purchase your member-priced tickets at the theater the same way you always have. Please either have your member card ready to show to a box office staff member or give them your name, email, or phone number and we can look up your member account.

Online
To purchase member-priced tickets online, you will now need to log in to your member account. Accounts for members have already been created using the email we have on file. Members will be able to use their email to claim their new account and create a password.

Claim Your Account

Following the steps below:
1. Click here to visit the Hiway Ticketing Claim Account Screen.
2. Enter the email associated with your Hiway membership. (An email was sent to every member confirming the membership email on file.)
3. Create a new password for your account.

Buying Member Tickets
After you have claimed your account, you can log in using the User Icon or by clicking on a showtime.



As you select tickets, they show up in your cart. Members are only able to add as many member tickets as their membership level allows. All memberships are family memberships, so member tickets for children under 18 are available in addition to the regular member tickets.

Non-Member Accounts
Note: Non-members who use the site regularly can create accounts and log in to be able to track their ticket purchases, etc. And anyone can continue as a guest (not log in) to purchase tickets. However, members must log in to access their member price or free tickets.
